Lauren Gotlieb, Owner and Trainer

Lauren Gotlieb is the founder and owner of studio b. She has been active in the fitness industry for over 20 years teaching fitness classes and directing group exercise and cycle programs at leading fitness clubs in the USA, Canada and France.

Lauren’s trainings and certifications include Johnny G Spinning Instructor, STOTT Instructor, Can Fit Pro Fitness Instructor Specialist, Resist-A-Ball C.O.R.E. Instructor, Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness Specialist, ACE Personal Trainer, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, Pilates Evolved Instructor, Group Power and Group Groove Instructor. She has run the Paris and Toronto marathons, choreographed flashmob dances for Williamstown’s Sundays @ Six, participated in several triathlons in and around the Berkshires and helped form the Williamstown Triathlon Club.

studio b is part of Williamstown Wellness, a collaboration among independent wellness providers in Williamstown, MA. Together we create a space offering classes and services that enhance the health and wellbeing of our clients. Currently we offer Swedish massage, Thai massage, Anusara Yoga classes and therapeutic sessions, Dr. Haushka facials and skin care products.

“Beer with the Board” Monthly Meetings

The Williamstown Chamber of Commerce is pleased to introduce a new monthly event that is open to members and the general public. “Beer with the Board” will be an informal monthly gathering held at chamber member establishments with the intent of fostering merchant and resident input regarding what is happening in Northern Berkshire County. The Chamber board wants to hear from local residents regarding their concerns, hopes and ideas for our local economy so that we can better advocate on your behalf. If Northern Berkshire County is showing you obstacles to or opportunities for success, we want to know about it. Each event will be held from 5p-7p and the schedule for 2012 is as follows.
